We happened to come across a quotation a long back about education that “Education breeds Confidence, Confidence breeds hope, Hope breeds Peace”. Ultimately a question rose in us whether our present rote memory and mark based education results this? Further as business men we have witnessed how degree and diploma holders struggle to succeed in given assignments. Then we realized rather to blame our educational system better to start a school to impart confidence, hope and peace at least to a handful of children in Pollachi.This is how the idea of ARB school was conceived. Every step of our academic and non-academic is designed and implemented in manner to ensure the above quotation.
